My massages are highly individualised and primarily release trigger points - small pockets of toxins which build up in tiny muscle fibres causing tension and pain throughout the body.

The existence of trigger points, the chronic pain they can cause and their release via myofascial techniques has been widely studied.¹I was taught by Drew Hume, Human Biologist and Founder of Navina School of Thai Massage, who combines his understanding of the human body with ancient massage techniques.
