MASSAGE and the accumulative effect...

MASSAGE and the accumulative effect...

🧡 If it’s good as a one off, it'll be even better if you do it often.

🧡 When I massage people regularly, EVERYTHING responds. The body knows. The nervous system, tissues, cells. The release is quicker, muscles less solid, restrictions ease. It is as though every cell is giving a deep, extended sigh... Welcoming the return.

🧡 There is a RECEPTIVITY that happens; an opening, an allowing. It means each time the release is deeper and more sustainable.

🧡 A trust & acceptance that builds each time. So that even before the first TOUCH both mind & body are looking forward to what is about to happen.

🧡 I know how my body feels when I have a treatment; I feel it as I arrive, when I am greeted, when I sink into the mat, the massage table... The DELICIOUS surrender...

🧡 It is my great privilege to have been trained in the ways of the master… navina.ca. At Navina, Drew has taken traditional Thai massage techniques and then blended them with his, seemingly endless, knowledge of human anatomy. The result is exquisite. It is truly individual. Each massage a different journey, each massage tuned to exactly what is needed. An experience that might be about holding and waiting and allowing spacious… An experience that can at once soothe the nervous system and yet be full of sensation; sensation that dissolves, melts into deep relaxation.

🧡 The key to this MAGIC – the key to all great therapy is the listening. An awareness of the tissues and what lies within and beneath. And once someone’s body knows you are listening, it will start to talk. The more our nervous systems connect, the more listening there is, the more magic will happen.
